To give you framework as you answer the following questions, please know this: 

RēL Woman ACADEMY is my core program. 

 

This program teaches new concepts, as well as practical application to real life. In addition, there is a "practicing" component to help integrate these new ways of Being.   

 

It is structured as an interactive - online based content program with a very personal touch. You may or may not have experienced something like this.  

 

This is a yearly program that would allow new members to enroll and join the program monthly.    

Each month a new topic will be taught.  My intention is to keep things moving (fresh) without going too fast.  This structure will encourage students to stay enrolled so we also build community.  

 

Please answer all of the following questions from what YOU desire or from YOUR perspective. 

At the end of the survey you will have an opportunity to add any additional ideas or comments.

Feelings. Managing the reality of real life from shame, doubt and frustration to passion, gratitude and love. Understanding feelings instead of getting hijacked and embarrassed. Instead of wasting time spinning.

Money Management. Knowing how to budget, forecast and plan for your future dreams. Experts to help me invest and understand financials.

Who I am. The physical, emotional, mental and spiritual YOU. The unique woman with all her life experiences and innate abilities. What makes you so special. Why knowing this is valuable and HOW to utilize it.

My Energy. Understanding my Numerology and the unique energetic patterns that attract experiences and opportunities unique to me. What I can embrace that I may not have realized is my gift.

Thoughts. Learning to manage my thoughts and reform better thoughts about myself and the world around me. Undo some of my prior "programming" that is the cause of not having the life I desire.

Feeling Better. How to experience more joy, love and gratitude.

Emotional Health. I want to learn how to stop taking things so personal. Others hurting my feelings don't happen often, but when it happens it really throws me off. I want to understand this and learn to manage it.

Caring for Myself Better. Managing energy. Learning to create a self-care practice that really allows me to move to new levels instead of just refill my current bucket. Bigger life . . . bigger bucket.

Keeping My Heart Open To LOVE. I have been hurt. Heart-broken. Disappointed by life. How do I keep my heart open to allow the goodness of myself out and others in? Without being walked on?

Mind / Heart / Body. How to align all parts of me so that I love my body and treat it well. Know my heart and follow my dreams with courage. Think healthy thoughts that keep the whole thing moving forward in a positive direction.
